We currently don’t offer international shipping.

We offer a flat shipping rate of R300 per order within South Africa. Shipping is charged at a standard rate regardless of the weight, size or destination of your order.

We accept returns on unused, undamaged items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first to obtain a return authorisation. Return shipping is normally for the customer’s account unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, refunds are processed within 48 hours.

Most of our parts are designed specifically for Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans (various years and wheelbases). Product pages indicate fitment where relevant. If you are unsure whether a particular window, seat swivel, fuel tank, snorkel or other component will fit your exact model year and configuration, please contact us with your Sprinter’s year, model and VIN (or photos) before ordering.
